SINGLE PLY ROOFING
There are two different types of single-ply roofing material: thermosets and thermoplastics.
Thermoplastics (TPO)
Thermoplastic roof systems use TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride) membranes. Both materials provide excellent weathering performance and are highly resistant to UV, tears, punctures, and most chemicals. Thermoplastic membranes are seamed using hot air welders to melt the plastic and pressure to join sheets together.
TPO Roofing Systems
Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) is the fastest-growing segment of the commercial roofing industry. Fueling this growth is the increasing use of TPO in southern climates where cooling costs significantly outweigh heating costs. Most light-colored TPO membranes are ENERGY STAR® qualified and Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) certified and have been directly attributed to reductions in buildings’ energy consumption and costs by greatly diminishing the need for air conditioning. While white is the predominant color used with TPO, other colors are also available.
Thermosets (EPDM)
Thermoset roof systems are typically EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber. EPDM is easily formed around shapes like corners and is extremely resistant to ozone, ultraviolet light, weathering, high heat, and abrasion damage, making it an excellent roofing material. EPDM membranes are seamed using pressure-sensitive tapes to join two sheets together.
EPDM Roofing Systems
Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) is basically rubber. EPDM has a reputation for low maintenance, easy repairability, and top-notch weathering characteristics, which make it an ideal roofing option for many climates. EPDM is traditionally black in color but is also available in white. In northern climates especially, black EPDM membranes absorb solar energy, leading to reductions in heating costs during the winter months and helping melt snow and ice on the roof.
SPF COATINGS
A spray on roofing system that is built for any climate and will last 50+ years.
Our contractors will first repair the existing roof, otherwise known as the substrate to prepare for the SPF installation. Once sprayed this coating will expand 20 times it’s application size to about 1-1.5″ thick, sealing your roof from weather permeation. This polyurethane foam system will adhere to most surfaces and is applicable to any roof slope variation.Additionally, this system delivers, air, moisture, and thermal barriers inherently giving your roof the insulation rating on the market.

MOD-BIT & BUR
These systems have been used for 100's of years in commercial applications, lasting 20+ years.
These roofing systems are engineered with layers of felt and bitumen that provide ultimate durability.Both methods will be finished with granular cap sheet and/or additional all weather-resistant coatings. Because of this, both can be styled with vast variations of colors to make your building stand-out, or blend in with the environment surrounding it. Both methods can be replaced with a variety of roofing materials including tear-off and replacement, overlay, and coating.

For buildings with a vertical pitch of 4 inches for every horizontal foot and higher.
Steep slope roofing as opposed to a flat roof or low slope roofing typically applies to residential buildings and is responsible for about 40% of the visible aesthetics of your building. Because of this, we offer many options including but not limited to cedar shakes, asphalt shingles, concrete or clay tiles, slate tiles, metal paneling, and composite shingles. Additionally, you may consider our energy systems that would include PV solar or thermal solar systems which can be applied to steep slope structures as well.
